East Coast Cable Solutions, Inc. was established in 2009 by principals with over 25 years of experience in the handrail fabrication industry. The company’s facilities include warehousing and cable assembly operations in the greater Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area, enabling one to two-day shipments to most points in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states.

Joel Owner and Founder

Joel is the owner and founder of East Coast Cable Solutions. He has an extensive background in fabrication. Joel uses his knowledge and experience to assist in training his employees, helping customers, and to ensure the office and shop are running smoothly. In his free time, Joel enjoys having a good single malt scotch, and a cigar.

Reagan Shop Technician

Reagan runs our shop technician and is the resident cable railing guru. He knows the ins and outs of our hardware and rail packages. Reagan does a great job at keeping the shop organized and running smoothly. In his free time, Reagan enjoys painting and playing the guitar.

Michael Shop Technician

Michael is our shop foreman. Michael also details job sites and installs our cable rail. In his spare time, Michael loves to spend time outdoors.

Cody Shop Technician

Cody works in our shop as our fabricator and installer. In his spare time, Cody likes to play video games and he also enjoys hunting and fishing.

Jillian Office Manager

Jillian is our office manager. Jillian keeps our office running smoothly, she gives great customer service, and she is a cable railing expert. She utilizes her expertise in training our staff and assisting customers. Jillian also is very passionate about music, and she is a dog mom to our one and only ‘team mediator’, Bane!

Bane Team Mediator

Bane is our team mediator and morale booster. The first thing he does in the morning is run to the sales meeting to make his morning greeting rounds. In his free time, Bane enjoys to chase his laser pointer, receive pets, and play at the dog park.

Kaeleigh Administrative Assistant

Kaeleigh is our administrative assistant. She helps Jill take care of invoicing, placing purchase orders, and selling product as well. In her spare time, Kaeleigh enjoys visible art, and she enjoys playing video games.

Jinan Sales Associate

Jinan is our sales associate. She analyzes project blueprints with Don and assists with creating sales estimates. In her spare time, Jinan is fond of playing the Kazoo. She previously played violin, and her favorite sport is lacrosse.

Don Project Engineer

Don is our project engineer and estimator. Don is a skilled draftsman and utilizes AutoCAD software to draft project blueprints. Don is also an award winning home brewer; he has won two awards at the Great Frederick Fair for his home brewed beer!
